Learning and Career Development
It is so important to CFT that every employee has the opportunity to reach their full potential; to support this, the Trust has a dedicated budget for continued professional development accessible to all staff.
We are proud of our preceptorships programme, supporting the first year of transition from a student to accountable practitioner.
Every member of staff has their own personal development plan, linked into the appraisal process. Staff are encouraged to take control of their own development and identify courses and learning opportunities that will specifically benefit them and the services we can offer throughout the Trust.
